Modifications and Cancellations
No reimbursements. Orders may not be modified or cancelled, wholly or in part, once CAB Déco has placed the order with the supplier(s). If the client wishes to change or cancel their order, all fees and charges resulting from said modifications will be invoiced to the client. Payment of the fees and charges will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Samples and Materials
All samples are provided solely for reference and as such are not a guarantee that the final product will be identical to said samples.  Materials are unique in nature and each is made distinctive by its individual characteristics. CAB Déco cannot guarantee the uniformity or matching of textures or stains on one same product.

Delivery via Carrier
The quantity and condition of the items must be verified immediately upon reception. In the case that items are missing or visibly damaged, a clear indication must be left by the client on the delivery note or Bill of Lading. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours to the carrier to ensure acceptance.

Storage
In the event of a client requesting a delay in delivery longer than one week past the scheduled date, CAB Déco will coordinate the storage of merchandise paid in full by the client for a maximum period of 6 months. All fees resulting from said service will be the client’s responsibility, payable monthly and due upon receipt of the invoice. The fees are variable, depending on the quantity of merchandise to be stored. In the case of non-payment of the totality of the order and the monthly storage fees after the above-mentionned 6 month storage period, without an agreement with the client the merchandise will become property of CAB Déco and the deposit paid by the client will not be reimbursed. When the merchandise is stored by the client, the merchandise becomes entirely the client’s responsibility. CAB Déco relinquishes all responsibility one the merchandise has been handed over to the client or his representative.

Warranty
CAB Déco products are guaranteed against all defects in material and workmanship for 2 years beginning the moment the order is received at CAB Déco’s warehouse.

To invoke this warranty, the purchase must notify CAB Déco in writing of any defects found. This notification must include a detailed description of the alleged defect as well as photos.

Products must be inspected multiple times per year in addition to receiving regular cleaning and maintenance. Special care should be taken to tighten any screws and bolts, if necessary.

All necessary repairs during the warranty period must be completed by CAB Déco or its representatives, unless CAB Déco pre-authorizes a third party to perform the repair. Otherwise, the warranty is null and void. The repair, if impossible, the replacement, if impossible, a pro-rated rebate of the full purchase price constitutes the full liability of CAB Déco and is the sole recourse of the Buyer. CAB Déco assumes no liability for commercial loss or any consequential damages that may arise as a result of any product defect, fault, or delay. It is understood that these limitations of recourse and liability are part of the terms and conditions of the purchase of CAB Déco products, and by placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms, conditions, and limitations.
